Upload a Video to Youtube
Follow these simple steps to add YouTube videos to your presentations.
First, you have to create a YouTube account, or sign in with your existing account.
Once your account is created, upload your video. Take note of the acceptable file formats that YouTube allows. Also, YouTube will not accept files that are longer than 15 minutes.
On the Upload Page (screenshot below),you will need to enter in a Title, Description, Tags, and Category.
Select the Privacy Settings you prefer: Public, Unlisted or Private.
Public: Anyone can search and view your video.
Unlisted: Only people who know the link to the video can view it. The video will not appear in any of YouTube's public spaces, such as search results, your channel, or the Browse page, but the link can be shared with anyone. Read more.
Private: only specific YouTube users can view your video. Read more.

Save your changes. When the video is finished uploading, at the top of the screen you will see a link to your new video. It will look something like the image below:

Click on the URL, to preview your video as others would see it.

Share your YouTube Video
You have two options for sharing your video. You can share the URL to send viewers to youtube directly, or you can embed the player into your webpage or Pearson LearningStudio course shell.
Sharing your Video via URL
Please follow the instuctions for Sharing your Video.
Embed the Video
Please follow the instructions for Embedding your Video. An example embed page is below. If you plan on embedding your video into your own website or Pearson LearningStudio shell, you will be copying the box that contains the <iframe.....> code.
Note: We suggest that you UNcheck the box for "Show suggested videos when the video finishes." This prevents content you didn't select from appearing, which may be inapprorpirate, or distract your students and take them on a tangent away from your course materials.

Best Practice
We recommend you place the video inside a 1X1 table (1 cell = 1 column & 1 row).
Create a 1X1 table, using the table wizard. Make sure your table has a border color. Feel free to put text all around this box or nothing at all. SAVE your changes!
Go to the YouTube video and find the "embed" code. (Hint: It's in a gray box to the right of the video.)
Copy that embed code.
Come back to your course page, click into the HTML and find the table tag. It should look like this:
<TD></TD>
