How to Report Grades to the Registrar's Office

To enter grades online:

  1. Login to my.tcu.edu
  2. Click on the Faculty link
  3. Click on the Faculty Center
  4. Make sure the appropriate term is selected. If not, select from the drop down and hit CHANGE.
  5. Click on the grade roster icon (far right of class info)
  6. Select grade roster type from the drop down list
  7. Enter the grade for each student, hitting tab after each.
  8. Set the grade roster status to Approved.
  9. Save
  10. Exit

A confirmation email from PSMAIL will be sent to you containing a .csv file of your recorded grades.

Grades are due within 48 hours of the final exam.
